PVF film, also known as polyvinyl fluoride film, is a thermoplastic high-strength resin. It has crystal structure, high transparency, high electrical insulation performance, high toughness, excellent chemical resistance, aging resistance and corrosion resistance. And it can withstand -73~+121 ℃. Within this temperature range, the film can ensure excellent performance, and the instantaneous temperature peak can reach up to 200 degrees without causing damage. PVF is a copolymer containing fluorine or fluorocarbon, which has greater chemical bonding and structural stability than any polymer. The resistance and durability of the film to sunlight, chemical solvents, acid-base corrosion, moisture, and oxidation are significantly improved.
During the production and processing process, PVF films stretch horizontally and vertically, forming a molecular lattice and greatly improving their physical properties. The wear resistance, moisture penetration resistance, and ductility of PVF film can be doubled as a result.
The film is free of plasticizer, with durable and stable color, anti bleaching agent, anti pulverization and fungal growth, excellent anti-aging performance, and toughness and flexibility in a wide temperature range. Its surface has a strong repulsive force, which can prevent dust contamination and is easy to clean and maintain. Moreover, even the strongest detergent will not damage the PVF film.
