Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is white, odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication, non sticker, electrical insulation and good anti-aging endurance. It is commonly known as "plastic king". It is a kind of high molecular polymer polymerized with tetrafluoroethylene as monomer.
High temperature resistance, with a working temperature of up to 250 ℃. Low temperature resistance, with good mechanical toughness at low temperatures, even if the temperature drops to -196 ℃, it can maintain a 5% elongation rate. Corrosion resistant, inert to most chemicals and solvents, capable of withstanding strong acids, alkalis, water, and various organic solvents.
